Tehran Friday Prayer Imam Urges to Promote Shia Hadiths about Quranic Verses

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Tehran’s interim Friday prayer leader Ayatollah Mohammad Emami Kashani urged for translating Shia Hadiths about the Quran and Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) and promoting them in Muslim countries.He said spreading these Hadiths should be part of Jihadi activities in printing the Quran and publishing Quranic works.Ayatollah Emami Kashani also urged Iranian publishers to have Quran interpretations translated into languages such as Urdu and English and publish them in Muslim countries.He further pointed to the qualities of good Quran translations and interpretations, saying the more easy-to-read and straightforward a translation, the more helpful it will be in society, especially among the youths.Ayatollah Emami Kashani added that creativity is a requirement for those who embark on translation or interpretation of the Quran. /129
